Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Production Manager to lead our aluminum extrusion production. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining a safe productive and efficient work environment. You will ensure we deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Lead a safetyfocused culture adhering to all regulatory safety and environmental laws as well as internal safety systems and rules.
• Technical Expertise: Manage a complex production process ensuring complete quality compliance through exceptional technical knowledge and problemsolving skills.
• Production Excellence: Oversee all aspects of production including equipment maintenance troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a highperforming team ensuring every team member executes tasks according to documented procedures. This includes training development and maintaining a disciplined work environment.
• Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Drive production efficiency and optimize resource utilization to deliver services competitively. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
• ResultsDriven: Achieve and exceed production parameters while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. This is a resultsdriven role where your success is directly tied to the performance of the production team.
• Leadership: Possess a strong personality to set and maintain production culture and standards. Be energetic lead from the front and have personal ownership of the operation product quality and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management.
• Strong scientific and mathematical background to understand the technical complexities of the extrusion process.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve production goals.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and quickly rectify production issues.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement.
