Job Opportunity: Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician (EntryLevel) 1Year Contract

Location: Palm Beach Gardens FL (OnSite)
Schedule: 12hour rotating shifts including nights weekends and some holidays.

About the Role:
Are you ready to jumpstart your career in renewable energy We are seeking a highly motivated and selfdriven individual to join our team as a Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician on a oneyear contract. In this role you will perform vital preventative maintenance and repairs on wind turbine power generation equipment troubleshooting both electrical/electronic and mechanical issues as needed. Youll play a key role in maintaining companysupplied equipment and facilities ensuring the seamless operation of our renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repair work on wind turbines including troubleshooting and diagnostics using advanced tools.
• Operate and maintain equipment in line with company safety and environmental policies ensuring a safetyfirst mindset at all times.
• Work in challenging outdoor conditions including inclement weather and at heights exceeding 200 feet on both tubular and lattice tower structures.
• Support the Renewable Operations Control Center executing critical tasks such as plant startup shutdowns and outage restorations.
• Engage in remote inverter restoration SCADA diagnostics and energy storage system troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily tasks and system performance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associates or Bachelors Degree in Power Generation/Renewables preferred.
• Relevant experience in power generation or industrial operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to statistical tools and techniques is a plus.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and be willing to travel when required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a strong emphasis on safety and risk avoidance.
