Join our dynamic team as a BPO Recruiter and play a key role in sourcing top multilingual talent from agents to team leaders for leading sales and CX roles!

Key Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Lead inclusive highvolume recruitment efforts with a target of 10 hires per month
Collaborate with the marketing team to attract top candidates for multilingual and salesfocused roles
Manage endtoend recruitment from sourcing to onboarding in a hybrid environment (34 days in the office)
Stay on top of hiring goals and key metrics to drive recruitment success

Requirements:
Fluency in both Polish and English
Experience in BPO or highvolume recruitment for languagefocused roles is a must
Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
Techsavvy with experience in ATS and CRM systems
