About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact providing support and assistance to customers with pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to incoming requests via phone email and chat
Offering personalized healthcare solutions to customers
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Collaborating with top brands in the healthcare industry

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in medical fields (Pharmacy Biotechnology Chemistry etc.)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle new challenges in a fastpaced environment
