Position Overview:

The Operations Associate will be responsible for driving operational transformation across our portfolio companies. This role requires a motivated individual with 12 years of experience in operational consulting or transformation preferably from a toptier consulting firm. The successful candidate will conduct process mapping develop strategic initiatives and support senior leadership to optimize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Improvements: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement operational improvements in portfolio companies.
• Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses including process mapping bottleneck identification and root cause analysis.
• Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes supply chains and overall operational performance.
• KPI Monitoring: Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
• Due Diligence: Assist in evaluating operational capabilities during due diligence processes to identify areas for value creation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 years in operations transformation ideally within a toptier consulting or operational advisory firm.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proactivity: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
