We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to support our clients in Saskatchewan.

Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Saskatchewan
Job Type: FullTime/PartTime/Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will assist in daytoday office functions including managing documents handling communications and providing support to office staff. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented able to multitask and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office tasks including managing files documents and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls and emails
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized
  • Schedule appointments meetings and maintain office calendars
  • Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documentation
  • Perform data entry and update office records

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative support role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
