We are currently seeking an HR / Human Resource Assistant to support our clients in Saskatchewan.

Job Title: HR / Human Resource Assistant
Location: Saskatchewan
Job Type: FullTime/PartTime/Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support the human resources department with various administrative and clerical duties. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment onboarding maintaining employee records and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks including posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal details job history and changes in employment status
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents and conducting orientations
  • Provide support with employee relations by responding to HRrelated inquiries
  • Help prepare reports presentations and HRrelated documentation
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry filing and maintaining HR databases

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in human resources business administration or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
