Were looking for a driven and technicallysavvy Sales Engineer to promote our niche products foster client relationships and contribute to our ongoing success.

This is an exciting opportunity that combines officebased work with occasional travel to client sites and industry trade shows across the nation. If you have a passion for HVAC technology and a strong track record in inside sales wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Expertise:
    Leverage your technical knowledge to understand customer needs and articulate the value of our HVAC solutions to clients in various sectors including manufacturing property management healthcare and government.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Industry & Product Knowledge:
    Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and new product developments to position Goodway Technologies as a leader in the HVAC space.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Deliver engaging and customized presentations to prospective clients demonstrating how our products address their specific challenges and enhance their operations.
  • Inside Sales & Phone Sales:
    Utilize your experience in phonebased sales to connect with clients nurture leads and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final sale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably with a background in phone sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain mechanical equipment functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and to represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
