About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Tax Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll:

• Advise clients on merger and acquisition transactions debt financing and portfolio investments
• Design and implement taxefficient structures for joint ventures and corporate transactions
• Provide clients with state tax planning advice and transactional tax planning
• Collaborate with team members to meet client business and financial goals

Your Mission:

Advise clients on merger and acquisition transactions debt financing and portfolio investments
Design and implement taxefficient structures for joint ventures and corporate transactions
Provide clients with state tax planning advice and transactional tax planning
Collaborate with team members to meet client business and financial goals

What You Bring:

JD from an ABAaccredited law school (LLM in tax preferred)
Must have recently worked for an AM Law 100 Firm
Admission or eligibility for admission in New York
At least four years of transactional tax experience with a focus on corporate and partnership taxation
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a part of the A&M Law Firm Associate network

Bonus Points For:

Background in energy real estate and international taxation
Experience working in a law firm environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
