Materials Clerk

Starting Pay $23.00 plus $2.00 shift premium

Shift: Monday Friday 9:30pm 6:00am

The Materials Clerk is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Raw Material WIP and Finished Goods balances in SAP. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate materials to and from SubContractor

Enter receipts for purchased items

WIP counts

Rail Car Movements

Coordinate InterCompany movements with shipping and Plant

Schedule Bulk Truck Deliveries

Schedule Mold Moves Import container deliveries.

Auditing Production Reporting scan labels and shift reports

Invoice Issues Packing slip and Reconciliation

Backup to Receiving

Drives Forklift to load and unload trucks

Requirements :

Must speak read and write English.

Must have good communication skills

Must have good computer skills (Excel and SAP)

Must have good math and counting skills

Forklift Certified

Ability to effectively present information in oneonone situations to other employees of the organization.
