Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant you will be responsible for redesigning various processes to further streamline communication between customers office staff and headquarters with Salesforce as the central solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing new Salesforce processes;
• Establishing contacts with the business and jointly developing a tobe process;
• Preparing facilitating and leading Joint Application Design sessions with various stakeholders;
• Creating documentation and providing training and support to users;
• Supporting integrations from Salesforce to other applications.

Requirements

• Strong problemsolving skills and creative thinking;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role related to Salesforce;
• Experience within Financial Service Cloud and Service Cloud;
• Knowledge of process modelling in Flow and Omnistudio;
• Extensive knowledge of case management setup within Salesforce;
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written).
