Job Description

Our client is a wellknown company that sells print and digital document products and services in more than 160 countries and they are looking for a new team member to join their team in Barcelona.

Order Management Specialists main objective is to achieve the daily weekly & monthly targets for the group. This is achieved by training and deploying resources effectively through the team structure.

Tasks

  • To manage effectively designated team workflow to achieve SLA and Targets
  • Input & Process Orders & Returns
  • Validation of Orders and Pricing
  • Management of relevant customer details
  • To ensure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules
  • To escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
  • To respond and action in a timely professional manner to any escalations received
  • To provide Team Leader with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend metrics and actionable management information
  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation

Requirements

  • Native or Fullprofessional Level of Dutch
  • Full Professional Level of English
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a finance organization
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Results / Target driven
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible with regard to working patterns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quality and attention to details oriented
  • Selfmotivated and willing to learn new skills
  • University Level education (desirable)
