Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars appointments and emails for executives or team members
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and file management
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone email or chat
• Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
• Coordinate meetings and virtual conferences
• Manage social media accounts or assist with content creation (if required)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other remote work tools (e.g. Google Workspace Zoom Trello)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media management or digital marketing is a plus
