Role: Lead FullStack Engineer
Must have skills : Angular nodejs python go lang and AI/MLWe seek a seasoned Lead FullStack Engineer with 7 years of expertise in frontend and
backend technologies and strong leadership and soft skills. The ideal candidate should be
proficient in Angular NodeJS and Python with additional experience in AWS GoLang and AI
integration. This role requires availability to work within the EST time zone and will involve
leading the development of innovative enterprise platforms while mentoring a team of
engineers.Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead web application design development and maintenance
using Angular and NodeJS.
Architect and optimize backend services and APIs using Python and GoLang.
Guide the integration of AIdriven features and tools into existing platforms.
Oversee the use of AWS cloud services for application deployment scaling and
maintenance.
Monitor and optimize application performance on AWS.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them in the development
Collaboration and Soft Skills

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.

Requirements

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a collaborative and
learningoriented environment.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and
nontechnical stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks ensuring smooth
project delivery.Skills in the spotlight
FrontEnd: Mastery in Angular for building dynamic user interfaces.
BackEnd: Expertise in NodeJS and Python for developing scalable microservices.
Cloud: Extensive handson experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda etc.).
Programming Languages: Advanced skills in GoLang for backend services.
AI: Proven experience in integrating AI/ML models into web or mobile applications.
DevOps: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in leading projects within Agile/Scrum
environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Experience with database management systems like MongoDB PostgreSQL or
MySQL.
