We are recruiting on behalf of our client a world s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
About the project:
You will be providing services for an American multinational technology conglomerate based in Menlo Park California. The company ranks among the largest American information technology companies alongside other Big Five corporations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding the products
- Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer complete order entry and coordination of product delivery to customers.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer s issues
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
