Job Description
Summary: Zifcare 2.0 is a network of technology and business talent for top startups and companies. We specialize in providing recruitment services to help businesses in India and USA find the best talent to meet their needs. We are lead by an IITIIM alumnus with a decade of experience in the tech industry. Were looking for a sales manager to grow our business rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in deals conducting sales activities and providing recruitment solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies build relationships with potential clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales of recruitment/hiring services in the India/US market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the technology and business industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field
