Job Description
Client: Rustomjee Developers
Role: Presales Executive (Only lead generation No sales)
Location: Andheri (E) Mumbai
Budget: 28K fixed take home
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: min. 6 months experience as a telecaller
Shift: 9:30AM to 6:30pm (6 days working / Weekends working / 1 off during weekdays)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling potential customers from provided data.
- Holding a conversation & communicating efficiently.
- Pitch customers about respective projects.
- Regular follow up with interested customers.
- Convincing customers to visit the project site.
- Followup with customers on site visit
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication
- Having 23 years of experience in relevant profile
- Real estate experience is preferable.
