Overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the collection processing and analysis of data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Support the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations on findings and insights
• Contribute to the development and optimization of data analytics processes and workflows
• Work collaboratively with team members to understand business requirements and recommend solutions
• Assist in the implementation of data privacy and security best practices
• Learn and apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data
• Support the exploration and integration of new data sources and tools for analysis
• Provide adhoc data analysis and support for various business initiatives
• Assist in data mining and data cleaning tasks to ensure accurate analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL Python R etc.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus
• Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and tools
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
• Relevant internships or work experience in data analysis is a bonus
