Overview

Key responsibilities

• Collect clean and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business decisionmaking
• Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines and workflows
• Develop and implement data analyses data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Conduct adhoc analysis and present results in a clear manner
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Assist in the development and implementation of databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Conduct data profiling to identify and correct anomalies inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through the development and enforcement of data governance policies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support datadriven solutions and ensure effective data management practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management and analytics
• Assist in the development of analytical models and tools that support organizational goals and objectives
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices and technological advancements in the field of data analysis and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Economics or related field
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel Tableau Power BI or similar software
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze interpret and present complex data
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Understanding of statistical concepts and methods for data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python R or similar languages is a plus
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and experience with data manipulation and cleaning
• Ability to adapt to fastpaced and dynamic work environments with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key performance indicators and business metrics
• Experience with data modeling and building predictive models is a plus
• Understanding of data governance and compliance practices is beneficial
