Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL Python and Excel.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations within the data.
• Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to address business challenges using datadriven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data analytics processes and best practices.
• Support the implementation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Continuously learn and enhance skills in data analysis statistics and data visualization techniques.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
• Support adhoc analysis and reporting requests from internal teams.
• Collaborate with senior data analysts to develop new analytical approaches and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with Python or another programming language for data analysis and manipulation.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex findings and insights to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to work independently.
• Understanding of database structures and data warehousing principles.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to evolving data analysis tools and technologies.
