Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Create visually appealing userfriendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• UX Research: Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
• User Flows: Design and document user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the company s design system and style guide.
• Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Education: A degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work including examples of UI designs UX processes and user research.
• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD Figma Sketch InVision or similar.
• Knowledge: Understanding of current design trends responsive design principles and best practices in UX.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality designs.
• ProblemSolving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with a usercentered approach.

NicetoHave:

• Experience with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
