Press Brake Manager

Skills:

• Must have two years or more experience Press Brake machines: Amada Cincinnati Trumpf.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in set up operating or tending machines to saw cut shear slit punch crimp notch bend or straighten metal or plastic materials.

• Must have experience with leading or supervising a team.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 6:00am2:30pm

Pay: $24/hr$28/hr based upon experience. $30/hr for allstar upon approval.

Responsibility for the following areas:

• Enforce policies and procedures according to corporate handbook.
• Lead the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors machine setters and fabricators.
• Coordinate work schedules assignments and production sequences to meet production goals as determined by the supervisor.
• Inspect materials products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Observe work and monitor gauges dials and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures.
• Interpret specifications blueprints job orders and company policies and procedures for workers.
• Read and analyze charts work orders production schedules and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment.
