Job Description
- Supervise daily operations within the Phosphoric Acid Plant area.
- Lead and manage a team of operators to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor plant processes and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
