Data Entry Clerk
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking two skilled Data Entry Clerks to join their AML compliance operations team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting data analysis efforts ensuring accurate and timely data management to meet compliance requirements.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $18.00 to $20.75 based on experience.
5month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data gathering and data entry tasks according to team production standards.
Organize and pull data using Excel and Word for the AML compliance operations group.
Execute standard data entry tasks ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Inspect data for potential errors and resolve any issues identified during the process.
Assist the data analysis team in handling case work.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree (preferred but not required).
Recent college graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Microsoft suite applications (Word Excel) including mail merging.
Comfortable with pivot tables VLOOKUP and mail merging.
Experience in the banking or insurance industry (nice to have).
Familiarity with AML (AntiMoney Laundering) compliance (nice to have).
Experience with FINTRAC reporting (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Selfsufficient with problemsolving skills able to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of working under stressful and timesensitive situations.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
