Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in sales with a strong understanding of the Human Resources industry. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Human Resources industry

. Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships

. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule

. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

. Analyze the markets potential track sales and status reports

. Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services

. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role

Knowledge of Human Resources industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field is a plus
