Sr Account Executive

• Manage accounts payable processes including processing vendor invoices expense reports and timely payments.
  

• Oversee accounts receivable functions including invoicing clients tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts.
  

• Maintain accurate and uptodate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  

• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  

• Assist in monthend and yearend financial close processes including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  

• Generate financial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements to support decisionmaking and planning.
  

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and trends.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve any accounting issues.
  

• Handle all aspects of accounting using Tally ERP 9 including data entry voucher creation and ledger maintenance.
  

• File TDS PF ESI and GST returns and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  

• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines including the Companies Act 2013.
  

• Safeguard financial information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  

• Perform any additional accounting tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in a startup/ or fastpaced environment.
  

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles financial statements and internal controls.
  

• Experience in filing TDS PF ESI and GST returns and compliance.
  

• Significant experience working with Private Limited Companies
  

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
  

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  

• Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
