Job Description
The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing
growth strategies that drive user acquisition engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the fintech landscape
is datadriven and possesses a creative mindset to implement innovative
growth tactics.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing
Product and Data Analytics to identify growth opportunities and execute
campaigns that drive results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition activation retention and monetization.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Data teams to design and execute growth experiments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and optimize user onboarding processes to increase activation rates and reduce churn.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to create and implement strategies for upselling and crossselling.
- Use datadriven insights to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to explore comarketing opportunities and partnerships.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends tools and best practices to continuously improve growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Economics or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 35 years of experience in growth or a similar role preferably within the fintech startup or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- A selfstarter with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
