Position Summary: The Internal IT Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining hardware software and network systems ensuring optimal performance and providing technical support to employees. The IT Administrator will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing IT security measures to protect company data.

Responsibilities

• Network Administration:
  

  • Manage and maintain the companys network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
    
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
    
  • Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
    

• System Administration:
  

  • Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software.
    
  • Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
    
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
    
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
    

• Help Desk Support:
  

  • Provide technical support to employees resolving ITrelated issues.
    
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
    

• Security:
  

  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
    
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
    
  • Respond to security incidents and breaches.
