Job Description
Must have skills
* Technical Expertise
Microsoft Power Platform: Indepth knowledge of PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI for designing and implementing scalable solutions.
CRM Technologies: Handson experience with CRM platforms particularly Dynamics 365 CRM and an understanding of all CRM modules (Sales Marketing Customer Service etc.).
EndtoEnd Solution Design: Ability to design and architect CRM solutions including data modeling entity design and security models.
Integration and Data Management: Expertise in integrating D365 CRM with other systems data migration and ensuring data integrity.
Project Management and Leadership
Client Engagement and Communication
Mentorship and Development
* Good to have
Technical Skills
Web Technologies: Proficiency in technologies like HTML5 CSS JavaScript Angular JS SOAP REST.
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts data analysis and design within an SDLC environment.
