Position: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with each department in the company.
- Provide administrative support in Departments.
- Create bill invoices documents (Debit note and Credit Note) in the Company System together with submit them to client within timeline
- Generate and preserve office documents such as invoices letters and reports.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying scanning and mailing.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously.
- Attend to all guests and visitors enquiries
- Provide other administrative/ secretarial support when required.
