Job Description
Job Title/Designation: Sales Associate
Keywords: Must have key skills
Sales management point of sale channel sales retail sales
Must come with minimum 1yr experience in Field sales in given sectors
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Age: Below 40yrs
Education: Min Graduate
Gender: Preferably Male candidates as it involves extensive travelling.
Preferred sectors: Insurance Telecom FMCG Healthcare Fintech
Specifics: Need to have own 2 wheeler (Travel expenses will be reimbursed)
Job Description:
Prepare field plan & ensure coverage of market area
Acquire new area and new market.
Acquisition of small business owners & freelancers as pointofsales persons
Activation of onboarded POS Retailers & Distributors
Achievement of targets of POS registration & insurance policies Organised etc
Understanding on Loans credit business acquisitions in new areas & making growth in current market sharing
Candidate Profile:
Managing & training of business promoters team
Ability to work under pressure
Track record of successful relationship based sales Service oriented
Good network within local area of operation Locations Pan India
