Service Manager - Collision Centre

An experienced Service Manager is needed at a busy Collision Center in North Vancouver British Columbia.

Candidates who excel in this role must have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience ability tto lead their modern facilities with stateoftheart equipment & tools while being in charge of automotive estimating contributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork.

be a proficient user of the estimating software: Mitchel Connect or Audatex with outstanding administration logistical and organizational skills. Knowledge of Vehicle Shop Management best practices and car service standards are vital to success in this role.

Manage the shop and provide leadership to the shop personnel

Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex

Provide customer service manage clients inquiries and resolve complaints

Ensure quality control and perform followups as necessary

Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors

Manage staff schedules maintain employee attendance records

Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies

Monitor cash and cheque transactions

Prepare reports and provide statistical information

Current Class 5 Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
