About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our clients growing team in Willesden. In this pivotal role youll be working closely with the Operations Manager supporting the kit room team to ensure smooth efficient operations. Youll be handson stepping in to drive the fleet vehicles for deliveries and collections and youll also play a key part in loading unloading prepping and checking equipment.
Youll be responsible for supervising casual staff ensuring high standards of service are maintained and helping to develop systems that enhance workflow and manage stock effectively. Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 am 6:00 pm
Key Duties
Assisting the Operations Manager in supporting the kit room team to work efficiently
Being handson as needed including driving the fleet vehicles for deliveries and collections
Loading unloading prepping and checking equipment
Supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining and developing systems to optimise workflows and manage rental and sales stock
Supervising casual staff to ensure the companys high standards of service are maintained
Key Requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
A clean UK driving licence with experience driving vans (Luton lowloader equivalent) preferably in London
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to lead and motivate a team
