Position:System Administrator

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage on cases quickly and effectively working as part of a closeknit 24/7 team.
• Monitoring streaming equipment through graphics and logs.
• Ensuring all encoders and DMs are technically functional at all tables.
• Diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving hardware software or other network and system problems and replacing defective components when necessary.
• Keeping in touch with the ISP supplier in case of internet connection dysfunctions.
• Keeping uptodate evidence of workstations: users configurations rights allocated on folders.
• Responding promptly to incidents and ensuring there are no violations regarding SLA.
• Performing data backups and disaster recovery operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to work in a newly formed team.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Resultoriented wellorganized with a proactive mindset.

HandsOn Experience

• Linux (Ubuntu) work level.
• Windows Domain Infrastructure AD Hybrid AD Policy Management DNS DHCP.
• Virtualization (VMware).
• Basic with PowerShell and/or BASH.
• LAN / WAN Networking switching routing VPNs Vlan WiFi (Cisco Ubiquiti).
• Server Hardware and Storages.
