We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to work from our office in Torremolinos.
Tasks
- Experienced in Sage Accounting Software: customer entry sales order process purchase management
- Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts using statements.
- Credit Control and Bank Reconciliation
- Manage petty cash payments and process client payments
- Handle all invoice/paymentrelated inquiries respond to phone calls and emails and liaise with relevant suppliers and clients to ensure inquiries are addressed professionally and promptly.
- Create purchase orders delivery notes and invoices in Sage 50 software.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as file management report preparation and data entry.
- Coordinate and organize meetings events and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
Requirements
Essential to have Working Experience & Knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts software minimum 2 years experience.
Advanced level of English both written and spoken.
