We are Looking for Candidate based in Vietnam with work Permit Visa.

Qualification: Graduation MS office Degree in Material Management or Purchases will be added advantage

Language : Vietnamese & Fluency In English

Experience : 5 Yrs

Industry Specific: Packaging Industry and Experience in Automotive industry mandatory.

The core responsibility will be to investigate all logistic claims and communicate findings back to the business unit of SJL India.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote ensure compliance with and adhere to safety standards within the workplace.

Adhere to and uphold Quality Standards in all aspects of work.

Support and champion the Schnellecke spirit fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Contribute by submitting and supporting suggestions/ideas for continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

Maintain adherence to the 5S standard in the designated area of responsibility.

Follow and comply with emergency strategies established at partners Motors Vietnam.

Execute tasks and processes as directed by the quality manager.

Essential Job Functions:

Investigate logistics claims issued by the partners Motors claims specialist to confirm SJL failure actively.

Provide daily shift reports to share investigations and findings.

Generate and present a weekly report to the SJL quality team to discuss changes/improvements.

Monitor the unpacking of materials at the partners Motors and share photo documentation of quality concerns arising from the unpacking process.

Actively track repeat issues based on Pack ID and Part Number.

Identify potential problems with SJL Packing offering feedback and suggesting improvement possibilities to SJL operations.
