Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our companys HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and objectives

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Develop and maintain employee benefits programs

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records

Plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees

Handle employee grievances and provide support to resolve any issues

Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any HR needs or concerns

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent

Manage and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and partners

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
