Job Description

Overview

As an HR Recruiter Intern you will play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition process within our organization. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in all aspects of recruitment while contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the interview schedule
  • Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates
  • Assist in the coordination of assessment tests and assignments
  • Provide support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards and careers pages
  • Participate in college recruiting events and career fairs
  • Assist in the preparation of new employee onboarding process
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Help maintain candidate databases and records
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Adhere to all relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members on various recruitment projects

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and employment laws
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques is desirable
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates
