Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Operations Intern/Executive to join our team. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations from managing inventory to handling guest checkins and checkouts and resolving tenant queries. This is an excellent opportunity for BBA or Hospitality/Hotel Management graduates looking to gain handson experience in the coliving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for all properties.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Guest CheckIn and CheckOut:
  • Assist with the checkin and checkout process to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Address any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Tenant Query Resolution:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in the daytoday operations of the property ensuring high standards of cleanliness maintenance and service.
  • Participate in property inspections and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the operations team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (BBA) Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in customer service oriented industry will be plus.
