• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
• Handling client appointments and scheduling effectively
• Following health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences
• Resolving client complaints and addressing any issues professionally

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a hairdressing program or apprenticeship is preferred
• Valid cosmetology or hairdressing license
• Demonstrated experience in providing hair care services and handling various hair types
• Proficiency in using hairdressing tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality and precision
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
