Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisionmaking
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of requirements including use cases user stories and process models
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to meet business needs
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Participate in the design and testing of new systems processes and applications
• Identify and address issues and risks related to project delivery
• Support change management and training activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
