Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the companys vision and goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs market trends and competitive offerings
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design engineering marketing and sales to drive product development and launch efforts
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback data analysis and business impact
• Define product requirements create user stories and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery
• Monitor product performance gather and analyze user feedback and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance the product offering
• Lead the gotomarket strategy including pricing positioning and messaging to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Manage the product development budget and resources effectively
• Act as a product evangelist and advocate both internally and externally to drive awareness and understanding of the product offering

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related product management role
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products from concept to market
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed product decisions
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with a focus on delivering results within set timelines
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product success
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Knowledge of product management tools and platforms such as JIRA Trello or similar
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders
