Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing
• Maintaining and stocking cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards
• Responding to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures when handling cleaning products
• Assisting with laundry and linen management
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Following established guidelines for health and safety
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of all equipment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
• Customer service mindset and a proactive approach to fulfilling guest needs
