Overview:
The Account Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting team by handling various administrative and financial tasks. They are responsible for assisting with the maintenance of financial records processing invoices and providing support in financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the finance department in daily operations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
- Maintaining financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or internship
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of basic financial principles and practices
