About the Role

In this pivotal role you will be handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions lease negotiations and development projects. You will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients including SMEs landlords tenants and developers providing expert legal advice and ensuring the successful completion of transactions.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 am to 5:15 pm

Key Duties

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including sales purchases leases and developments.

• Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.

• Draft and negotiate contracts leases and other propertyrelated documents.

• Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents searches and enquiries.

• Liaise with other solicitors agents and professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of commercial property law and its application.

Key Requirements

• 2 years experience

• Comfortable in developing a department

• Residential experience is beneficial
