Job Overview:
Playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by managing telephonic communications and providing informationrelated hospitality courses. This position requires excellent communication skills a customercentric approach and the ability to effectively convey information to potential students or clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle incoming calls from students clients etc.
- Coordinate with students and explain to them about the training offered.
- Effectively communicate course details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details.
- Conduct followup calls.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and service to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or any graduate.
- Prefers female candidates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or tele calling
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customerfocused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Familiarity with products and a passion for automobiles is a plus
