Team Manager – POI Edit

Job Expectations:

Technical knowhow Ability to quickly understand technical and conceptual nuances of Online Maps and tools

TM will be leading multiple short to long term pilot projects within online maps space

Liaison with GIS Analyst to understand the problem statement and run pilot projects with the team of 100 editors

Present structured analysis to GIS analyst lead and client program manager

Strong analytical logical problemsolving skills & attention to detail is a must

Comfortable dealing with rapidlyevolving work environment

Strict adherence to deadlines

Experience managing 4 6 TLs within online maps processes

Experience in client management

Train the new hires within defined timelines

Maintain the team performance as per the SLAs committed in SOW

Willing to work in a shift based work schedule

Skills Required:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

8 yrs. of work experience working across multiple online maps related processes for instance basemap

editing POI etc.

Ability to maintain and analyze large data sets efficiently

Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities

Knowledge of working on MS Excel / Spreadsheets in areas like vlookup pivot table charts

Experience working on powerpoint is a must

Basic knowledge of SQL language & data mining is a value add
