• Technology needed Mainframe COBOL/JCL/VSAM/IDMS/ADSO.
• Good to have MQ series experience

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Mainframe technology.
• Technology needed Mainframe COBOL/JCL/VSAM/IDMS/ADSO.
• Organizational and team leader skills
• The ability to investigate and identify trends knowledge of process improvement and validation.
• Should be able to guide others and work closely with the team and take responsibily to deliver the client requirement.
• Able to estimate the work and review capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge in IDMS database and ADSO online is a must.
• Good understanding of database structure like schema etc.
• Should be good in analyzing the flowInput Output of mainframe job program and document them as well as deliverables.
• Should be able to backtrack the job programs to find the root cause of issues.
• Should be able to analyze by looking ADSO dialogsprocessMaps etc Also able to make changes new codes as well in ADSO online.
• Should be aware about various tools used in mainframe idms adso for eg OLQ DMLO ADSC MAPC IDD IDDM etc.
• Able to manage the SLA provided for the task.
• Good to have Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Experience in mainframe migration will be added advantage.
