We are Hiring Company Secretary!!
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Thervoy Kandigai
- Involve in Daytoday Business Activities.
- Conducting Board Meetings in compliance of Provisions of Companies Act
- Conducting Extra Ordinary General Meeting in compliance of Provisions of Companies Act.
- Conducting Annual General Meeting in compliance of Provisions of Companies Act.
- Conducting Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting through Video Conference.
- Preparing and Keep Minutes and Registers in compliance of Provisions of Companies Act.
- Taking care of Secretarial Activities and Compliances of Group Companies.
- Responsible for RBI FLA Filing for Group Companies.
- Taking care of RBI compliances of Group companies.
- Responsible for ASI Return filing and submit with Statistical Survey Department.
- Taking care of compliances related to IEC Code.
- Taking care of Compliance related to LEI Number.
- Taking care of MSME related registration.
- Handling Reduction of Capital for Group Company.
- Taking care of legal cases related to receivables.
- Taking care of trademark related matters.
- Well versed in drafting agreements for daytoday business operation purpose.
- Reporting and coordinating with HeadQuarter for daytoday work purpose.
