Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems and needs.
  
• Analyze requirements and propose actionable solutions to enhance digital operations.
  
• Facilitate daytoday project followup ensuring that deliverables are met on time.
  
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and nontechnical team members.
  
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
  
• Document processes specifications and changes to facilitate ongoing improvements.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  
• Strong understanding of IT environments and digital operations.
  
• Proven ability to identify problems analyze needs and develop optimal solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in French and proficiency in Dutch (or vice versa).
  
• Experience with project management and strong organizational abilities.
  

Additional Information:

• This position requires the ability to work onsite every Monday and Tuesday with telework on the remaining days.
  
• Candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
